Line 6 Releases the Pod Go

Published Jan. 19, 2020

We're very excited about Line 6's annoucement of the Pod Go. There's so much to love - HX modeling, compact form factor, built in expression pedal. It's street price is significantly less than the HX Stomp, which will bring in new players to the HX platform.

Fluid Solo will be supporting the Pod Go, hopefully very quickly after it launches in the Spring. Pod Go patches will not be compatible with HX Stomp or other Helix devices, so many players will be looking to share new sounds on Fluid Solo, and we're very excied about that. Stay tuned for more news on this front, as we work behind the scenes to make Pod Go support a reality.

We got the opportunity to try the device out at the 2020 NAMM convention, and this device looks like it will be very popular, perhaps becoming the most popular device in the Helix family.

You can order the Pod Go at Amazon.com now.

Use a Mic with your HX Stomp

The HX Stomp and Helix LT don't have a mic input like the Helix Floor, but this adapter allows you to plug your Mic into the Aux Return as set up guitar/vocal patches such as this one.

Extra Power Cable for your HX Stomp

I've been using one of these power supplies permanently zip-tied to my pedalboard, and it's been very handy to keep the original power supply around for off-board usage. Plus it's cheap and works well.
