'63 Spring (Line 6® Original)

'63 Spring, the Helix model of a Line 6® Original

Recorded with a Telecaster using the Fender Twin Reverb amp model. The reverb settings are unmodified from default.

Based on a 1963 Fender brown spring reverb head unit. This is the only spring reverb available in the Helix, and is therefore very popular for amp-like reverb sounds.

This patch is based on a Fender Twin, with some tremolo for modulation, a couple delay settings, and reverb. The drive section uses the Heir Apparent. Snapshot 1 is clean, SS 2 is drive and SS 3 engages the trem.

Good tone match for the Dookie album by Green Day. I added the Goatkeeper, although it wasn't used on the album. It helps for some of their future material. Billie Joe used a Strat copy with a humbucker on the album, try that here.
