Essex A30, the Helix model of a Vox® AC-30 with top boost

Recorded using a Gretsch Silver Falcon. Default amp and cab settings, spring reverb added. Used same performance to capture the tone of all Vox amps in the Helix.

The sound of the British Invasion. Also the amp favored by Brian May. This legendary amp is known for it's "chime" and barky overdrive.

Employing a quartet of EL84 power tubes, the AC30 Custom pumps 30 watts of remarkable tone through a pair of 12” Celestion Greenback or Alnico Blue speakers.
