Helix LT Info

Published May 30, 2020

The Helix LT is about $500 less expensive than the Helix Floor, but still contains all of the same amp models and effects. The primary differences include:
  • No “scribble strips”, the small LCD screens under the foot switches
  • Fewer inputs and outputs, and no dedicated microphone input
  • The LT is not as rugged as the Helix Floor, and is a bit smaller
At Fluid Solo, we’d recommend the less-expensive LT if you’re primarily a home player who wants an expression pedal, or if you’re a gigging musician who doesn’t need the extensive connectivity options of the Helix Floor. If you’re a home player and don’t really need an expression pedal, the HX Stomp is a great option which costs almost half of the LT’s price.
